No pressure but this entire event had to be perfect. It’s the ultimate design project for obvious reasons, but there was always clear direction from the beginning, so the rest was cake, right?!

We asked 100 of our closest friends to fly from all over the country to join us in the middle of the Mojave Desert to say “I do.” The entire project was designed to reflect the beauty that we would all be surrounded by for the weekend.

Invitations were hand-printed on natural fiber papers on a letterpress using deep, indigo inks and dusty neutrals foreshadowing the color palette that guests would see upon arrival.

The venue was an actual gold mining homestead that was abandoned and set against a beautiful rock formation. We decorated the entire venue with our own furnishings to bring the ruins to life for one magical night.

The run of show was all by design too. Every outfit, camera angle, and activity was planned down to the “T.” Our only regret, hitting the play button on the last song.
